BAFTA Awards call for short films entries
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts is now accepting entries
for its Short Film and Short Animation Awards.
The awards for Short Film and Short Animation are presented annually at The Orange British Academy Film Awards
in February. Designed to encourage the growth and development of new talent within the British film industry, Shorts offer both new and established talent alike the chance to create experimental and innovative films. Past winners of the Short Animation Award include Nick Park, Sylvain Chomet and Michael Dudok de Wit.
Films must be no more than 30 minutes in duration and may be submitted on
35mm film or on Digital-Beta.
